Collaborative Proposal Writing
The drafting of the proposal is a collaborative journey. The actual proposal writing is a collaboration between the consultant and the Client. With STEMwise as the “conductor”, we orchestrate contributions from all partners, providing guidance and expertise throughout the process. We facilitate workshops to finetune methodologies, define impact pathways, and elaborate on the work plan, ensuring that every partner contributes effectively to the narrative. Our methodology is grounded in a thorough synthesis of scientific inquiry and strategic writing. We articulate project’s objectives, methodologies, and expected outcomes with clarity and cogency, ensuring that every aspect of the proposal resonates with the evaluators’ criteria.
Understanding Requirements and Maximising Impact
Our consultants provide a clear overview and clarification of the proposal form requirements, including content structure, evaluation criteria, and the integration of supporting documentation such as statistics and graphical representations. We bring specialised expertise in developing sections of the proposal focusing on dissemination, communication, exploitation, and IPR management, advising on strategies to maximise the project’s outreach, results, and impact.. These sections are under particular scrutiny of the proposal evaluators, which is further reflected in (usually) low scoring for the Impact criterion.
Budget Coordination and Allocation
The financial blueprint of the project is tailored through a collaborative effort among all consortium members. STEMwise team of experts offers their proficiency in orchestrating the complex task of budget development, ensuring a fair and strategic distribution across work packages and consortium partners.
Evaluation and Quality Check
Before submission, every proposal undergoes a thorough evaluation and quality assurance process. Leveraging our internal expertise of the expert evaluator role of the European Commission and external experts for specific domains, we scrutinize the proposal to ensure it meets the highest standards of excellence. Our quality control process is rigorous, involving critical analysis and refinement to perfect the proposal’s clarity, coherence, and competitiveness.
Please note: “To ensure submission of a high quality proposal, it is necessary that the project partners who own the project idea develop the scientific content of the project proposal. We as your consultants, and first and foremost, your project partners, will guide you through the process and make relevant contribution to the proposal.. However, project partners are the scientific creators and nobody else can present the core project idea better! “
Once a proposal submitted to a European call for proposals has been approved, we take care of the administrative, financial and legal management of the European project, as well as the activities below.
