STEMwise has started its journey as a spinoff company of Impuls Consulting Group, Croatia’s leading EU consultancy exclusively focused on centralized EU funds that supports researchers, innovators and other actors in the R&I ecosystem in participating in programmes such as Horizon Europe.

Leveraging the extensive expertise of professionals at Impuls Consulting who have successfully managed over 500 EU-funded projects resulting in over 60 million euros of acquired funding, we provide a range of services that deliver significant benefits to development of new EU projects, laying the groundwork for their success.

We do not keep our „secret weapon” a secret. Darko Liović

Impuls Consulting

Managing Partner of Impuls Consulting, the parent company of STEMwise, with extensive experience in project preparation that has resulted with more than 500 funded R&D projects totalling over 100 million euros. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG- BICRO) and Deputy Head of the Supervisory Board of Croatian Highways (HAC). His career includes positions at Ernst & Young Ltd. as Audit Senior and Assistant Manager and at Deloitte Ltd. Darko holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Zagreb and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Anita Tregner Mlinarić

Managing Partner

Anita, with her extensive experience in Bruxelles, has been a key figure in the European Commission, EISMEA, and META Group. Skilled in advocacy and EU policy navigation, she is adept at conducting impact assessments to formulate realistic exploitation strategies. Her involvement spans from FP6, overseeing European projects with budgets ranging from €3 to €15 million. Her work has enhanced EU fund absorption, strategy implementation, and fostered European networks, cross-border investments, and innovative business ventures. Anita’s expertise extends to being an Expert Evaluator and Senior Expert for Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe, a Project Reviewer, and a published scientific author in her field.

Petar Gregurić

Managing Partner

Petar brings a unique blend of academic and industry expertise. For more than 5 years, at the University of Zagreb, he managed three R&D projects with a cumulative budget exceeding €15 million, displaying his capability to handle large- scale, complex initiatives. As a long-time process and lean management consultant Petar has demonstrated exceptional skills in process optimization and digital transformation, key areas of many Horizon proposals. Pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management, he brings a balanced mix of academic knowledge and pragmatic execution, which allows him to easily translate scientific discourse into practical project proposal ideas.
